Introduction
Due to the orignal page being over 13 megs to download -and your cache being dumped soon after -i have made a chm file for you.
All you need to do is have MS IE 5.5, and windows 98.
Download the CHM File now -and you will for ever have the rad flags at your finger tips.
The download comes with all rmf files as well so you can see what the optiosn look like in game play to.
